COMMITMENT              Coach:                        Do everything to make the program a winning successful program.

                                       Players:                      Believe in what we do and do it to the best of your ability.

                                       Parents:                     Do everything you can to make the program better for your daughter.

 

ATTITUDE                Coach:                        Up beat attitude, always end on a good note.

                                       Players:                      Positive attitude, never say quit, and show class at all time.

                                       Parents:                     Show class, be positive in front of kids and in the stands.

 

DISCIPLINE             Coach:                      Be fair and consistent.

                                       Players:                      Follow team rules established.

                                       Parents:                     Back the coach up; set an example for your children.

 

WORK ETHIC          Coach:                      Teach and demonstrate hard work.  I will always be there for your child.

                                       Players:                      Work on improving each day in areas of the game.  Hard work will pay off.

                                       Parents:                     Demonstrate by working around the program

 

GOALS                         Coach:                      Be the best instructor I can be, help each player in becoming a better individual

                                                                              and player, be a positive role model.
